Many of today's contractors make their living by building large houses on small lots in preplanned subdivisions focusing on the size of the building and thereby sacrificing the view. By doing this they are able to keep their prices and expenses down. We are unique in that we like to build gorgeous homes on large beautiful acreage and still keep your prices and our expenses down. Most of our homes are custom built on scenic tracks of land half an acre and over.
Phillip Quarles has been remodeling and building homes since 1995. He has flipped over a 100 homes which many times can prove harder than building from scratch. Since being in new construction he has added many happy homes buyers to his list of references and has acquired business mainly from referrals and name recognition.
